October 2026 Wellness Weekend

Move, Breathe, Become

with Catherine Njeri

This wellness weekend:

Reconnect with who you are and who you’re becoming.

Join us this October for a 4-day wellness weekend at the breathtaking Watamu Treehouse. This weekend is designed for those seeking the balance between intensity and ease: Expect dynamic power yoga sessions at sunrise, grounding breathwork, and deeply restorative evening practices, all held in the calming rhythm of the ocean.

This immersive weekend invites you to move with intention, soften into stillness, and reconnect with yourself in one of Kenya’s most magical coastal spaces. Expect strong flows, mindful alignment, open-hearted connection, and space to simply be.

Each Wellness Weekend is different, led by a different visiting teacher, bringing their unique blend of trainings and experience.
