As we learn to recognize and sync with the rhythms of the universe. We can connect more deeply to our own inner rhythms, cultivating an enduring sense of serenity and harmony to carry us gracefully through the joys and challenges of our daily lives.
Come fall in love with the rhythms of nature and immerse yourself in the practice of yoga, meditation and selfless service with Anjna
Ayurveda is a 5000 year old system of natural healing that has its origins in the Vedic Culture of India. Yoga and Ayurveda come from the same source of knowledge. In this retreat we offer you the fundamentals of traditional ayurveda. We learn about the doshas, gain insights into the body-type and how to apply it all for a healthier and joyful way of life. The yoga, meditation and breathing classes are based on the doshas. The variety of traditional ayurvedic treatments / massages, adventures in nature and healthy vegetarian food will balance and energize your body, mind and soul.
From breathtaking sunsets, sunrises, tropical blue waters, enchanting full moons and a sky full of stars you feel like you are in space - Africa truly has magic, and that is just the location.
Charlie Morgan and Ottilie Wellness are bursting to offer you this exclusive and limited space yoga retreat. A chance to feel alive, appreciate natural beauty, gain insight and feel connected, feed your body with nutritious fresh food, and explore the wondrous mind-body benefits of yoga in nature, deepening your practice and opening you up to a new way of living deeply.
Breaking Ground with Andrea, Sandra and Nichodemus
This unique retreat incorporates creative types of yoga such as Aerial, SUP and Acro to challenge our perspectives, bring us closer to nature and explore both our physical and mental bounds. Morning Yin yoga and meditation sessions will gently prepare our mind, body and soul for each full day in Watamu Treehouse’s magnificent seaside setting.
You do not need any experience in the aforementioned types of yoga. To break ground we will do things we have never tried before. We will push the boundaries and in doing so, gain a better understanding of ourselves and greater awareness of our bodies. We will have fun, explore and learn.
